Thought I would share some tips on sabotaging that a client of mine struggled with some time ago. Sometimes when we’re living a self sufficient life and that’s pretty much all you know, we become unaware of so much more we can have physically and emotionally. Here are some facts about what sabotaging is and how we can learn self development to deal with it.
The main issue of sabotaging is not believing in our worth and not asking for help. That pattern sets you back and your goals eventually just end up as wishful thinking. Also with low self esteem makes you constantly criticize yourself.
Procrastination is another set back when dealing with self sabotaging. You can be one of those who is well organized and assertive once you begin a project,but end big steps to really get things moving keeps getting pushed back. Now you have a loaded idea that just sounds really good.
To help you with this I like to say start by being around positive and mature people who will give great support and patience. Start a self discipline process that you can breakdown areas you would like to work on. Most important knowing your core values to understand a better balance of you momentum.
