Repeated Patterns

Want to discuss how one gets stuck in some of the same situations. Being hard on yourself is one thing, but insecurities is another level. Being in relationships and personal growth is very challenging for people and all that is involved. Especially if you’re not aware of the issues that come from being insecure is not healthy. I’ve been in a relationship with my boyfriend for three years and as a friend and certified life coach it’s been a lot of the same patterns that made quality time spent difficult. Our goal is to first find the source of the problems then find ways to heal, which the good part is he is serious about wanting help to be better. The symptoms at first had him so bad that he couldn’t seem to get started on things he wanted to do and take action. Then the blaming of past relationships made me the bad guy. We’re past all that now, but trusting the outside world is tough. How has this effected our commitment? Well I had to choose my own sanity and went to the friend zone once again. This ways things remain positively reflected and I can still provide support. Please feel free to comment, like to hear how you would deal with being insecure or someone who has insecurities? How to manage when you’re a very introverted individual? What to do when you keep hitting rock bottom? Thanks for reading, really appreciate it if you share your thoughts, like, or follow. Love and light to all stay safe
