Haunted by the Past

Many of us don’t like to be haunted by their past, but if you really pay attention there’s always a reason for that to happen.

Like the world we live in today is pretty much build from things of the past. Today’s music, hairstyles, choice of careers, fashion designs, and many more has been done and   redone multiple times. It’s apart of the process when think about it.

When it comes to people and places, I think  when certain things comes back to present itself from the past because it’s a deeper need to show you something you need to know.  Like a family recipe that was passed down and one ends up with a famous restaurant by sharing that recipe. Or a relationship that was toxic and you ran into that person years later, which brings up all the traumatic memories of them, but then made you see how far you’ve made it since then not just in general. ” So yes, I get it!” At times it does suck to be haunted by your past, but knowing your roots is basically apart of the past within everything. We wouldn’t be where we are now without it.

Really go deeper and look back into history, your history and see what you will find. That’s why we find ourselves saying, “This is so and so all over again.”

“Anyways, this is just a random thought!” Would like to hear what you think?
