From a deck of cards I have called Take Time to Make Your Soul Happy. It’s based on wellness and self gratitude. I decided to use them daily for coping with anxiety. I pull a card for the day and there’s a small journal space to write some highlights. I am happy to share with everyone what comes out intuitively and hope it helps you out in some way as well.
